- Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, & all the cutlery, crockery, pots & pans you will need. Dining table and chairs for 4.

- Plenty seating, TV, DVD player, coffee table - free wireless broadband (own laptop required - N.b. Fair use policy applies), selection of books, DVD's and board games.
Master bedroom
- Double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Second bedroom
- Two single beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers.
Family bathroom
- Roll-top bath with shower, wc and wash hand basin
Shower room
- Walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Outside
There is parking for 1 car to the side of Woodlands Apartment. Additional parking is at the front of the house on the side road. Garden with patio area at the side of the apartment with garden furniture for 4 people.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price. We also supply a welcome pack of washing up liquid, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and soap. A deposit of 25% of the total tariff is requested in advance. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday (or by arrangement for short notice bookings). Bookings are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. There is off road parking beside the apartment. Sorry we are unable to accommodate pets. No smoking is permitted within the holiday home. A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £50 will be required as part of your final balance payment.
